HEY GUYS!
I'll keep this short and sweet, because i'll be repeating what most of us have already said.
Taken from RedSports:
Innova Junior College are a determined team whose sturdy defence is anchored by a good goalkeeper. They are also good in their counterattacks.
After all the hard work that we've put in, all the blood and sweat that we have shed during trainings and bonding sessions, is that all you want people to remember us with? Among the Top 8, the write-up for our school is the shortest, while other schools even have statements where they 'should make the top four', etc etc.
The second round is certainly a do-or-die for me, and hopefully, for each and every player in the team.
I'm hungry for more, because i believe, our road will not end here. Despite the fact that we're certainly 'The Underdogs' no matter which teams we're grouped with, if we continue to build up this determination and hunger that have carried us through, not only will we lift up Innova JC's name, but we will also be remembered by everyone, the DETERMINATION & HUNGER that has brought us this far.
Football is a team game.
Individuals make a team, and a team shows the unity, character and perseverance of each and every person involved.
I'm ready to throw my body in for challenges.
I'm ready for oppositions who think that they can just blow us away easily.
I'm ready for the pain and suffering.
I'm ready to shed my sweat and blood, just to put Innova up where we want, and we think we ourselves deserve to be.
I'm ready. Are you?

leg·end \
ˈle-jənd\ noun
1 a: a story coming down from the past ; especially : one popularly regarded as historical although not verifiable b: a body of such stories c: a popular myth of recent origin d: a person or thing that inspires legends
Luck didn't bring us here. Luck didn't form the team we have today.
Think about it,
Innova footballers train on a field that is shared with other CCAs,
And our field is scarred by the shot put holes from the people in track and field.
Yet we play equally well on turf.
Innova footballers attend games with one way transport,
Which is too small for the whole team.
Yet, we don't need to make a good first impression to make a lasting impression.
We attend games as a team without expecting much support from friends,
And even if there were Innovians who came down, we'd never hear them cheer us on.
Yet, we don't need drums or screams to push us forward till the last minute..
Because it's all up here.
It wouldn't be fair to call us "legends" just because we made it to the next round.
Innova Football can never be defined with just one word.
How is it possible that we can draw with teams that can put in at least three times more the number of goals we did against the same opponent?
Is Innova Football just plain "lucky" or is there more to us than just luck?
For that matter, no one can ever refer to Innova Football as either Legendary or Lucky. We are not legendary and we are not lucky.
We just do what we do best.
We play football...
And we play it as a team.
Number 2.

Almost there guys!
Congratulation guys on the 2 wins in our first 2 matches of A division 2009.
Although we won, I'm very sure and confident that our team is capable of so much better.
We're just one win away from that quarter final spot now, all we have to do is win our next match.
But I promise you, it won't be easy.
We have to step up our game to stand any chance of being in the top 8.
We've got to be aggressive on the pitch, it's very important.
We lack one important thing in our previous matches.
This thing is called the hunger for the ball.
There's no spirit, no passion.
Guys, we're supposed to fight for every ball, every minute, every second.
There's no stopping. We've gotta go flying in.
I hope, all of you will prepare yourself well physically and mentally for our next game, because we really need to show them who's stronger.
I hope that with the importance of this deciding match, all of you, together with me, will put your life on the line, for the sake of the team.
We're that close guys, push yourselves, find that hunger in you, fight for every inch, every minute and every second of the match.
Mr. Hamim has got a compulsory assignment for everyone in the team.
Do a long run on Sunday and make yourself stronger mentally.
This is important and compulsory.
Put in the effort guys, you won't get anywhere without putting in the effort.
We've gotta play like fighters,
I have high hopes and confidence for the team,
and I'll do my part and try my best, to lead all of you to victory.
Syed Ahmad.

It's time.
Let me give you guys my 2 cents worth as the "vicecaptain" of the team.
I know i haven't done much, but the Adiv's starting this Tuesday.
I want it, i want it badly.
Firstly, lemme tell you a story
There were 3 reasons why i came to Innova,
1. I wanted to play Football.
2. Its close to home, well it was.
3. It pretty much was as far as i could go looking at my O's result.
BUT THATS BESIDES THE POINT.
the story's irrelevant, but in case you guys haven't noticed,
We are 4 wins away from making history.
And we are 7 wins away from becoming legends.
i saw this on a friend's PM on msn, dunno if you guys've heard of it:
" Either we yield as a team, or we die as individuals. "
so let's put our differences aside, we play for each other.
and if that's not enough, we play for our parents, our grandparents,
our girlfriends boyfriends bestfriends pets
WHOEVER.
its our time guys,
" Its all up here."- coach Tonnie
so now, i ask
who wants to be Legends?
Faris.

'A' division is 2 days away guys.
This is it, this is the real thing.
No more slipping up, because this is the real thing, this is what we've been waiting for, working hard for, sacrificing for.
We're gonna work as a team, we're gonna kick ass as a team, and we're gonna do this the way its supposed to be done.
If you're not pumped up enough by now, there must be something wrong with you.
And to help you get pumped up, and motivated, Zachary has found something that might do the trick. It might not be relevant to our sport as much, but it does to a certain extent.
Here's the link : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WO4tIrjBDkk
We're all in this together, remember that.
We're INNOVA JC FOOTBALL TEAM, and we're gonna show others what we're made of!
